Pricing

1 bedroom is $1,350/month and 2 bedroom is $1,650/month, with baseboard heat, water, and electricity all included. Appliances aren’t included, so tenants supply their own. Parking is optional at $31/month, and laundry runs a flat optional rate of $30/month for one person or $45/month for a couple. Tenants can also supply their own window AC unit for a seasonal fee.
