Accessibility Statement

Last updated: Otober 10, 2026

Metcalfe Osgoode Non-Profit Seniors Housing (MOSH) wants osgoodehousing.ca to be easy for everyone to use, including people with disabilities and people who use tools like screen readers, screen magnifiers, or voice control.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) [2.2], Level AA. These are internationally recognized guidelines for making websites usable by people with a wide range of abilities.

What we’ve done

  • Clear, readable text with strong colour contrast
  • Pages that can be used with a keyboard alone
  • Text descriptions for images
  • Clear headings so screen readers can move through each page
  • A layout that works on phones, tablets, and computers

Make the text bigger

To make everything on this site larger, hold down the Ctrl key (Command on a Mac) and press the + key. Press – to make it smaller again.
